Leadership for Social Change offers Bay Area activists the opportunity to develop new leadership practices and bring concrete social change to their communities.

Our Leadership for a New Era program explores proven leadership practices in three weekend sessions over the course of three months. Between the weekend sessions, participants put their new skills into action in a Breakthrough Project that contributes to making the Bay Area socially just and environmentally sustainable.
